Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and promote our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and help the company achieve long-term growth goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business leads and potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Promote Raqbah Properties’ projects to investors and clients through meetings, presentations, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and real estate partners.
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute business growth plans.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
