Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is seeking a well-spoken and customer-focused Customer Relation Officer (CRO) to handle client inquiries, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, maintaining records, and assisting in post-sales services for real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide accurate information about property projects, payment plans, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client service.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations or sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
  • Confident, courteous, and client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
