Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is seeking a creative and skilled Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to design engaging motion visuals, animations, and explainer videos for real estate projects and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong animation, design, and storytelling skills to bring concepts to life through motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate motion graphics for marketing videos, advertisements, and social media.
• Create visually appealing intros, transitions, and animated titles for property videos.
• Develop explainer videos and project presentations using 2D/3D animation.
• Collaborate with the marketing, video, and design teams to produce creative content.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual standards across all outputs.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Strong sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
