Job Description:
Raqbah Properties is hiring dynamic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our professional sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating property sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting company projects through effective communication and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project details, payment plans, and market trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for client acquisition campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality with customer-oriented behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
- Strong understanding of Lahore’s real estate market will be an advantage.
