Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is hiring dynamic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our professional sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating property sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting company projects through effective communication and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of project details, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for client acquisition campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident and persuasive personality with customer-oriented behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of Lahore’s real estate market will be an advantage.
