Job Description:
Raqbah Properties is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s projects through effective marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads and close property sales.
- Promote Raqbah Properties’ projects through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitors, and market demand.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing (fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
