The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property sales campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance analysis to management.
- Coordinate with digital and on-ground marketing teams for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing management.
