Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is looking for a talented Visual Editor to edit and enhance visual content for real estate marketing campaigns, videos, and social media. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, color correction, motion graphics, and storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance videos for property promotions, events, and digital marketing.
• Create visually appealing reels, teasers, and highlight videos for social media platforms.
• Perform color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects to improve final output.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
• Add text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics where needed.
• Ensure all visual content meets quality and branding standards.
• Manage video assets and maintain a well-organized editing workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a video or visual editor (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related editing tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and rhythm.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital trends.
